When you just talk to normal people most people are they’re just people. They have a lot of the same goals, the same desires. They want to be respected or listened to. And if you can empathize with them, you can relate to them.”

” I think part of what inspired us to really take the job was that I honestly fell in love with the environment. I’d never been to Colorado myself before. My husband had made quite a few trips out here before and he already loved it so he already was somewhat biased. I fell in love with the environment that it was in as well as ya know the people that worked here. They were all very kind and very welcoming. And it seemed like a good place to get our feet planted firmly before we moved onto something else. It just kind of seemed like a natural evolution.”
